Where to sleep ?
The Zernit Hotel (Antonio Maria Labaien 1, 20009 Donosti) in San Sebastian, it’s a very spacious and designer establishment. Immediately we feel like at home there. I also recommend Le Madrid (563 Avenue du Général de Gaulle) in Guethary, it’s very minimalistic and comfortable. For me, that is the perfect spot for a break.
Where to go for lunch ?
You can have brunch/lunch at La Guinda (Zabaleta Kalea, 55, Donostia, Gipuzkoa) in San Sebastian, it’s an organic canteen, everything is homemade, healthy and good. Also, for a drink I advice you to go at SALT in the front of Zurriola beach (Navarra Hiribidea, 2, Donostia, Gipuzkoa) in San Sebastian : West coast vibe is around the corner.
What to do during the day except surfing ? (be gentle please)
For a pool party and mojito during the summer, then tasting wine in a cosy place at fall - you should spend time at Beach House (26 Avenue des Dauphins) in Anglet. Then, you can take a look at the concept-stores All Good (33 Avenue des Tisserands) in Hossegor - and Providence (Place Paul Jean Toulet) in Guethary.
Last spot, before to coming back ?
At Espartine (54 Rue Gambetta) in Biarritz you can bring back the coolest pair of espadrilles made from the artisan workshops of the Basque region (just sayin'..).

Côté France, je vous conseille l’auberge Le Madrid (563 Avenue du Général de Gaulle) à Guéthary c’est très minimaliste et confortable, parfait le temps d’un break.
Où déjeuner ?
Vous pouvez opter pour La Guinda (Zabaleta Kalea, 55, Donostia, Gipuzkoa) à San Sebastian, c’est une cantine bio, tout est fait maison et tout est bon. Aussi, je te conseille d'aller boire un verre à SALT en face de la plage Zurriola (Navarra Hiribidea, 2, Donostia, Gipuzkoa) à San Sebastian.
Que faire la journée à part surfer ?
Pour une pool party mojito en été, ou vin chaud et ambiance confortable (feu de cheminée..) en automne : il faut passer par la Beach House (26 Avenue des Dauphins) à Anglet. Puis, faire un tour aux concept-stores All Good (33 Avenue des Tisserands) à Hossegor - et Providence (Place Paul Jean Toulet) à Guéthary.
Avant de repartir, passage obligé ?
Chez Espartine (54 Rue Gambetta) à Biarritz pour ramener les plus cool petites paires d’espadrilles revisitées qui sortent directement des ateliers des artisans de la région.
